Services

Preventative Health Care

Preventative care is the foundation of health. It’s medical care given by a health care provider you see on a regular basis, and it can help prevent certain illnesses or diseases. As one of the most important ways we serve our patients, preventative care includes:

Annual Wellness Exams

An annual visit with your primary care provider is key to life-long health. This appointment is for asking questions, voicing concerns and getting medical advice. We strongly recommend yearly wellness exams.

Health & Wellness Screenings

These allow our team to assess your potential health risks. These screenings are personalized and may include questionnaires, in-office exams and blood tests. When needed, we also provide screening referrals for heart disease, lung disease and cancer.

Health Risk Management

Based on the results of your screening, we’ll develop a custom plan of care to lower your risk of disease. This may include nutrition education, recommendations for lifestyle changes, medications and other therapies.

Vaccinations/Immunizations

Need to get up-to-date on your shots? We can help! Vaccinations teach the body to fight viruses. They are a safe and effective way to protect you (and your family) from illness.

In-Clinic Labs

For the convenience of our patients, we offer blood tests in our clinic on the same day as your appointment.
