Health Care for the Homeless

Accessible care for those experiencing homelessness in Lexington, KY.

If you don’t have a stable environment to call home, finding health care can be difficult. We provide health care for those who are experiencing displacement or homelessness.

Thanks to a federal grant, we can offer medical care at no cost to patients. Our Goodwin Clinic in the Catholic Action Center and our clinic in The Hope Center are conveniently located to serve those experiencing homelessness. (But anyone can receive care at any of our locations.)

We can connect you to:

  • Medical care
  • Housing
  • Transportation
  • Food
  • Legal support
  • Insurance
  • Substance use and mental health resources

Let’s help you get and stay well.
