How We’re Different
-
Team-Based Care
As a patient-centered health home, we use a team-based, culturally-appropriate approach to care. Our providers collaborate across specialties to create a plan of care for each patient. This evidence-based model is associated with greater patient and provider satisfaction, improved quality and increased preventative care.
-
Affordable Services
We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC.) Ongoing federal funding allows us to offer excellent care regardless of a patient’s health insurance status.
-
