HealthFirst Bluegrass Patient Satisfaction:
We want to give great care and service at HealthFirst Bluegrass. Each year, we choose 500 patients to take a quick survey by phone. This helps us know how happy you are with your care and how we can get better. If you are selected, please take a few minutes to answer the questions. Since this survey is conducted once a year, we offer other options for sharing your feedback!

You can always tell us if something isn't right with your care. We want to hear and address any problems. If you have concerns or questions, let us know. Our Quality and Risk team is here to help. You can reach them by email at feedback@healthfirstlex.com, and emails will be checked during regular administrative office hours.
Administrative Office Hours:
Our administrative office is open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
