April Jacobson, CSW, is a Behavioral Health Therapist who provides mental health services to both pediatric and adult patients. In her day to day, she is motivated by the desire to support the flourishing of our community. April is a life-long Lexingtonian! She loves working out, decorating, gardening, watching live music, thrifting, and hanging out with her husband and 8 children!
