Patricia Wallace, APRN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for caring for patients across all stages of life. As part of Health First Bluegrass’ School-Based Clinic team, she provides pediatric, adolescent, and adult care, with a focus on preventive medicine and strengthening connections between healthcare and the community.
Patricia believes in building strong, trusting relationships with her patients and families. Her personal mission is to “forge a bond, a health partnership, that promotes happier, healthier lives.”
Patricia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2013 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2018. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Outside of work, Patricia enjoys spending time with her family, reading, watching movies, and learning new things. She is proud to serve her school community and the broader community through compassionate, accessible healthcare.
